We are simply a network of investors who lend money, our goal is to take the mystery out of the lending world to simplify the process of making a loan a reality.
This is how it works:
as a borrower:
you get us as much information as possible, we take that information and determine where to place the loan. the more information the better and faster loan will be.
As a lender:
You assess how much risk you want, as always the greater the risk the more the reward. when information about the borrower is scarce they fall in to a higher interest rate category, the better the file is the lower the interest will be.
